I just blew my third autometer oil pressure sending unit. This one was on for like a week and hadn't even been on the road yet. I mounted this one remotely on the firewall with braided hose from the block per autometers advice. Any other strong, rugged, QUALITY, senders that are abvailable and compatible with my autometer gauge?? Thanks

Do you still have your EGR hooked up? Its probably burning on that. I would take the whole EGR system out and block it off.

Id like to know what your doin, lol. Ive been using the same Autometer sending unit for the past 3 years and now on boost and Ive had no signs of problems (I probly will now, lol).

I was on my third also. I never remotely mounted mine though.

Yeah, I have no EGR. And with a remote mount I (in theory) should be better off than most of you!lol

Ive had one hooked up for about 2 years. Connected directly to the block (not on a hose) and haven't had any problems.
