While the car is moving and i am slowing down not touching the gas, my idle stays pinned at about 3k. This happens until the car stops rolling, then the idle goes back down to normal.
Has anyone else had this problem -if so, how did they fix it?

wow, thats kinda high, mine stays at about 1,100 until I come to a complete stop, then goes to normal. maybe you have a big vacum leak or something, because that happened to me when i forgot to hook up a vacum line on my throttle body...

I get similar... ~2krpm. Figured it was IAC since I have replaced all the vac lines, but who knows. I just let it ride until I've come to a complete stop and she settles down.

It is a leak, a vacuum leak or exhaust leak of some sort. It did the same thing to me when i had a vacuum leak and another time when i had an exhaust by my downpipe area. That is a leak problem.

They all do that to some degree. Don't worry about it.
