Well first the car has recently decided to idle at 1500 rpmuntill in gear then drop to normal. However then it surges from 800-2000 rpm like on a loop up down up down constantly. Unless u are moving. then while driving , u can remove ur foot and the car will not slow down at all but instead either maintain stead pase or speed up with out stepping on gas and on level ground. then u stop and the surging continues even after u put her in park. ideas?

Thank you, it was drawn by my dad.

Does your giant cat always drive your car or just when posing for pictures?

Check your coolant temp sensor. There's another bad idle thread right now and you're experiencing the other half of the symptoms that I had when mine went bad.
