I HAVE TO share the excitement and thanks to you all for the help/suggestions. I had my 2.5" mandrel bent custom cat-back installed about an hour ago with an Arospeed Bomb muffler on the end... holy sh!t... it's cool as hell. Sounds great, performs great, I love it! The guys at the shop all commented on the sound and we all had a good laugh at the kid that had his civic done at the same time: "buzzzzzzzzz rasp pop pop pop", LOL.

They put in a new fitting for the after-cat O2 sensor in the new pipe and the 2.5" welded right up to the cat. The inlet on the muffler was supposed to be 2.5" but I was sent a 2.25" and didn't notice it. The said that it's great because the 6" piece of reducer preserves backpressure and makes the 2.5" straight pipe a "megaphone" and I can tell I haven't lost any torque.

Installation cost me $150.52 TOTAL. This means I now have a 2.5" Cat-back System for only $282.56! I am *very* pleased!!!
