well i was trying to fix an oil leak from my oil guage and found this plug near the fire wall. it looks like it was never pluged in since i had my motor rebuilt.

It looks like the plug that goes to the windshield washer pump.

either that or it goes to the brake resevoir....they both have the same plug!
