Is there another name for the under drive pulley. I just got my chiltons manuel and I couldn't find anything on it?

It's the crank pulley, the underdrive pulley is named that because it underdrives the accesories and is smaller and lighter.

if your belts are loose, they will squeak, stock or underdrive pulley will both do it loose.
