#86135, "What Thermostat to use?"

Hey Guys,
I recently got my head ported and polished and I decided to take out the thermostat to see if my car would run better. Well now its running a little too cold for my taste and I was wondering if anyone knew if there is a lw temp thermostat available for my 98 RS. I know the howwell automotive has one but they say that the thermostat gasket wont fit on the eclipse so you have to use your old one. That probably means that they bought it from Summit or something made for another car and it just so happens that it will also work on the 420a. can someine tell me if they know what car that might be? thanks

The one from howell is for a neon, but it will work fine on your car, the only thing is the neon has a rubber ring that goes around the thermostat itself. So to use it in the 2gnt you just throw that rubber ring away, and install it then use RTV or a new thermo gasket.
