Hey, any of you ever get a "25" error code on your CEL? Its the "target idle not reached(+/-200r/min)"and "idle air control motor circits"???
anyone...sound like my AIS motor is kaput?

I think i got that code once. check to see that your tb gasket is aligned properly. 25 is also for the idle air controller. and if the gasket slips a little bit which it can, it blocks the vacuum hole for the idle air controler

is your idle at like 1200ish? if so, it's what I told ya before, I had the same problems...

unfortunatly no. now its worse with surging to around 2000 rpm, and my CEL is on. Howell said there are a couple of o-rings to check in the sensors. that might be the problem. i will let you guys know what i find out...

Yes, I actually had that priblem I pinched the o-ring when I first installe dthe sensors so they can't turn like they should and I had and idle around 2-3k rpm. reinstall the TPS and IAC and make sure the o-rings are free. tighten everything up reall goo = no vacuum leaks and you should be fine. I was.
