#8517, "Material for custom exhaust?"

What type of material could I use in making my own custom cat-back?
Reason: At my old job, these guys owe there lives to me, they have lots of 2.25" & 2.50" SS piping and even 3". They also got lots of different degrees of elbows. Could I fabricate my own exhaust with SS or do you think this would be too heavy. I could do this for damn near free of cost. Like I said those beotches owe me.

Mod List:
-NGK BKR5E-11 Plugs
-Magnecore 8.5 Wires
-AEM CAI(thanx to endless73)
-GS-T Muffler
-Upper Front Strut Bar

Stainless is a good material to use... but what kind of bends are they? Mandral bends would be best but... press bends and almost free is appealing too. Custom wrk is most of the time cheaper somehow??

They are mandrel bends but it would be a cut and weld thing. I think I'm going to have them make a straight pipe that I could bolt on and off for the track and emissions. But like I said this will be nearly free maybe some bear or buds something. I think I'm going for it. Thanks for the info.

There's a titanium exhaust out there for us? How much does that run? I'm asuming like three zeros in that number.

BUt my exhaust is going to be a custom job with Mandral bends welded together.
