For those that ever need intake or exhaust studs, washers and nuts, I have listed the OEM part numbers for the 4 g63 turbo manifold studs. ARP sells a kit, however it is close to $60.00.

MD005317 - 8x28mm stud with 1.25 pitch. About $1.20 per.
MD092806 - nut 8mm x 1.25 pitch. About $0.40 per.
MD041192 - washer 8mm. About $0.80 per. This you could just buy at ace if you wanted for cheaper.

8mmx1.25 pitch is a very common size for our motors. The intake and exhaust manifolds are both threaded for it, as well as the oil pan.

A cool fact regarding the OEM nut: it has a self-locking feature to prevent backing out under vibration. Lock washers are not necessary.

Intake gaskets:
M04667148 - Lower to Head
M04667309 - Upper to Lower

These are about $6.00 a piece from the dealer, and are OEM Mopar parts. Very good quality.

Injector O-Rings:
04897125AA - one pair. About $11.00 per pair.

These are pricey and be bought in a qty. of four in the brand of Fel-Pro at most parts stores for less than $7.00. These are again OEM Mopar and of very good quality. Depends on what you want to pay.

These are all valid at any Mitsubishi dealer. If ordering from Mopar, drop the first one or two letters from the number; Mopar does not use alpha prefixes for their parts. It has been my experience that Mitsu. sells the parts for cheaper despite the fact that the parts are the same, and even in the same packaging.
