Heh you will find this ammusing. My head gasket has a celephane seal, so i broke it and took out the gasket. The front part number is the one I quoted, the one under the celephane(is covered up by the gasket) is the one xtreme quoted.
Im guessing my part # is JUST the head gasket. The other number is the gasket/o ring kit. Either number will work for you.

Order a headgasket for a 99 - that worked for me. I know the guy at the parts counter pretty well and had him look up the gasket for a 95 and sure enough it had a different listing. I don't know why they would still list the old composite gasket but I think they do. As long as you order one for a 99 you'll be allright.

Factory has always been composite. No 2gnts ever rolled off the line with an MLS.

They don't even make the composite gasket anymore. it's been superceded several times over by various verions of the MLS.

All you have to do is ask for a headgasket for a NT Talon, or 4 cylinder Avenger/Sebring. You can't get the wrong one because they're all the same.

I didn't realize that the dodge dealer sold aftermarket APEX headgaskets, Terry.
