I recently changed out all of my turbo piping on my 1997 eclipse GS 420a with aftermarket turbo, from the turbo to the intercooler and from the intercooler to the throttle body. I drove the car down the road and when i went to shift instead of the blow off valve going pa shhhhhh, it made pa pa pa pa pa noise. While i was driving the car back home the check engine light went on with code 32 for the EGR. I checked the EGR and where the electrical harness plugs into the egr one of the pins was broken off and inside the harness. Would this cause my car to make the pa pa pa pa pa noise when shifting>>> Or should i look at something else??? I'm going to change out the EGR tommorrow just wondering if there is anything else i should check.
