#84256, "Why are the HG coolant holes small and don't match?"

So I pulled the head off again. It only took 5 Hours!...that's a new record for me at least. I thought the HG was on backwards or something but it turned okay and it looked fine. I was looking at the coolant holes and was noticing that they don't match the holes on the head OR the block in cyl #4:

One of the coolant passages is blocked off by the gasket...weird. The headgasket on the block side looks fine, but on the head side there is like some 'crap' on it. Well I'm gonna get the head milled and dye checked for cracks. Oh yea, I almost lost one of the bearing cap bolts in one of the 3 oil galley holes..whew.
