Alright, who has their intake manifold ported/polished?

Who did the work?
How much did it cost?

I do.. I did it my damn self. Port match the plenum to the Intake ports (as big as gasket) and matched also to the bored TB. It makes a HUGE difference if you're turbo. Ask Alvin (semperboost) he rode in my car.

I do, Mutiny did the TB, Intake manifold, and head all at once.
cost was $160 for the TB and Intake manifold (taking it off my car and putting it back was included too).

That's the best price I've seen Adel... do they have a web site I can check out? Are you happy with the work? If you have a web address or contact info I'd like to get that from you... I may be using them to get mine done.

Sorry but mutiny went out of business and jacked customers out of thousands of dollars in cash and products.

Michael_97RS, I don't think you have been around 2GNT for that long emoji anyway Mutiny ran out of business hella long ago (more than 2 years for sure, if not more) when 2GNT started, he was like a God here, he was the first person to turbo charge his 420A and he told me he ran 12s with it (stock bottom end) he is a very smart guy and young too, anyway he decided to run his own business, and was one of the best vendors for our cars, no one could beat his prices. anyway, his company lasted for maybe 2 years at the most, and then he decided to fuck people over including (Eric R, his partner, andmyself) he took shit from people and vanished, he took a cylinder head from Eric R, my Turbo kit ( I left it with him cause he told me he had a buyer for it and wanted to make some money instaling it, and get me a bit more money than if I were to sell it on my own)

anyway, Mutiny has been out of the pic for long time, and he's been wanted by lotsa 2GNTs people.

Yeah I remember good ole Ronnie and mutiny raceworks back in the day. Hell they even convinced Extreme motorsports to carry their 4G63 cams for a hot second. But anyway I think you might wanna start taking your sh*t local where you can find and marital art a brotha down if need be. Shit that was my original manifold now gone to waste. Anyway back to the question:
I took a 5sp dremel with flex extension and a barrage of stones, sanding and polishing bits and went to town on what must have been a good 5 or 6 hrs of straight metal removing. More of the same the next day until I just got tired of trying to perfect the damn thing (as if I knew what was optimal). Anyway the results didn't look all too dramatic as far as size until looking on the floor and having enough metal dust to make some powdered aluminum rods. No more ruff cast flashing. Got it pretty smooth (only to have the PVC likely Muck it right back up). The only place I couldn't reach were the actual round plenum. Got all the runners all the way up to the plenum. I took it to a local race shop called bunner engine development along with my head and TB to be port matched by someone who knew what they were doing. They charged $40 to portmatch the head and about $30 or so to match the TB. It revved much free'r and felt much better down low and in the midrange. Couldn't feel much seat of the pants difference in the top end. This was pre turbo. I spent the most money having the manifold and TB installed (like $150) and they said it was a bitch (same people who put my engine in 3Xs I might add.

PS: Skrilla give em his shit, he paid me good money for it. where ever you are (you must peak over here even if you dont post anymore). Is keeping peoples shit worth going to hell (or jail) and eternal misery (or internal fuckery by a dude name bubba when it comes back to you)?

I feel a little bad having long spent the money on a part you bought and never go to use. Da well I'll get over it :o

I did mine when my timing belt broke back in june. I did a very minor porting job on a CNC mill at work then I polished it using
a dremel and the cone shaped fine sandpaper attachments. But I mainly did it because I was bored at work and I wanted to clean up any casting flash that was left over. If anyone has an intake mani. that they want machine work done on let me know.
