like the title says after i have been running the car for a while it will start to run like crap, sputtering / misfiring or something. It also seems like iit is hesitating when its doing all this too. But when it is first started, it will run perfect for the first 20 mins or whatever, until it gets really warmed up. What could be causing this kind of probelm. I have no CELs at all. I just get an occasional CEL for like a couple mins, but its just for a small EGR leak (on the back of the intake manifold) but what could cause this problem after the car has warmed up good?

It almost sounds like the car isn't coming out of open loop. I'm sure you already know in closed loop, the ECU relies on the O2 Sensor to judge how much fuel is going in and adjusts accordingly. It knows when to go into closed loop bases on coolant temp. I would start there (coolant temp sensor) and maybe throw a new O2 in and see what happens. If you have a computer reader thingy, you could see if the coolant and O2's look right and if it's going into closed loop. Just my .02.

i already replaced the O2 sensor, and the coolant temp sensor. It didn't fix it. the thing i dont get, is it only happens after running the motor for a while, this is really confusing. more people need to come in to this forum section and help me!!!

This might sound weird but similiar things were happening to me a while back. I would run for a while, stop at the post office, go outside and it would studder on then back off. I was confused and tried MANY things. cleaned IAC, tested the Throttle position sensor, my injectors. Then in my crappy service manual (not chiltons), it says a possible warm-start problem is the air-filter. Since my cold-air intake is 2 inches off the ground, i took it off and cleaned it out. when I went to put it back on, the black rubber connector between the filter and the pipe broke so i had to put my stock air filter back on. I then reset my ECU by disconnecting the battery for about 20 mins. THe problem hasn't occured since. I recently got a replacement filter. seems to be working fine thus far.

i have a brand new filter. i have a feeeeling its something fuel related, not spark, because i have replaced the spark plugs, wires, coil, ECT sensor, O2 sensor, umm, fuel filter, cat, probably a bunch of other little things that i cant think of right now.
