Im non-turbo:
#1 = 200
#2 = 195
#3 = 193
#4 = 200
are these good numbers? should i be concerned with #2 & #3, or am i all good?

Yeah...those are perfectly fine numbers. Less than 4% diff between cylinders is great.

looks great... i did mine a few weeks ago too got 215+ on all cylinders... anything close to 200 is great!
