Does anybody make a manifold flange for the intake, the bottom part that bolts to the head. Im lookin to make my own intake mani and thats the only part Im stuck on.

Sure. HRC sells one, they call it a portfueller plate. keeps it simple, too - it's got injector bosses on it.
