Well I just got my AEM CAI today with a Bypass.. now my question is.. where does it go. In all the pics I have seen of the CAI with the bypass shows them putting it in the middle.. well since mine is one peice.. does it go on the end with the Filter or the oter end?? also am I going to have to drill anyholes to mount this thing?? I haven't had a chance to really look at the stock airbox and won't be able to until this weekend.

Alright, I have the AEM with bypass, I put the valve right below the first bend where it starts to bend towards the ground. You won't have to drill any holes to mount the intake, but put it in first, then use the template to find a good spot to put the bypass. Then take it out (leave the template on it) and use a hacksaw (or some power tool if you have it, I just used hacksaw) to cut the pipe on each end of the template. Make sure to use some sort of file to deburr the edges where you cut at though, cause you woulnd't wanna suck that $hit down your engine.

LOL thanks!! I actually sorta know what to expect since I did the free airbox mod when I 1st got the car.. but I am sure the CAI will put out a littl more sound.

It's going to give you more power than that free airbox mod did, there's actually a dyno comparison vs. stock or something on the main 2gnt page under mods somewhere.
