#12010 is the gasket you are looking for bro. NAPA, and other parts stores will have it.
As for replacing it, you do not have to, but after everything is torqued down and you feel/hear an exhaust leak under the hood you will know where it is coming from. Again, it is not guranteed that it will elak, but the gasket is not that expensive either.

I thought most header came with that gasket, 12010. Atleast my obx came with it.
As for funkpig, a lot of exhaust gaskets get rusted/worn out over time. It may not be a bad idea to get new gaskets.
