they all do the same thing and neither one has that big of a power advantage over the other so i would go with a tsudo one off ebay. you can get it for 150.

yep......1 to 2 horse power in diffence is nothing that your gonna feel except maybe only see on the dyno....you can tune to make up for any short comings in that range.....go for the cheaper and put your saved moneys in the fund for a turbo kit.

Been looking at Chikara for mine. Made by parent company of Hedman who has been doing headers since before my time. Low cost but seem to give a nice note and decent performance. Any opinions on them?

So now at 44 what the hell do I do?

I have a used Pacesetter 4-2-1. Like was said above, there is very little, if any, difference in power gained from any one or the other. Your best value is going to be to find a used header for cheap and have it ceramic coated. This will more than handle all your NA plans for the car and, should you decide to turbo the car later, you won't be so sad to sell the header for less than $100, because you paid less than $200 for it when you got it.

My used Pacesetter ran me $60.

First, by reflection, which is noblest;
Second, by imitation, which is easiest;
and third by experience, which is the bitterest."

i have a pacesetter 4-2-1 header, and i have to say i was pretty impressed with the power difference. I have not experienced any other brand, im just saying i was not dissapointed with my purchase since it was so cheap ($100 used).

as with most mods, power gain is due to supporting mods but it definitely added low end power for me....

I have been using the Chikara step up hedder. I had to wait for it to be made, but I think it is worth it. The hedder comes in three pieces so install is quick and easy, plus it has a crossover pipe tp equalize the pressure between the two sides. The cost was about a hundred dollars more then a normal one.
