I am geting a P1294 code (TARGET IDLE NOT REACHED)
could anyone point me in some kind of direction?

How does it idle - high or low? You'll get that code even if the idle is incorrect(too high or low) for a brief moment. So the other question is - does it idle high or low even momentarily? And if so under what conditions?(like coming to a stop sign, or clutching in while you're rolling, etc).
