does anyone know how hard it is to replace a timing belt and want is need to do it

Damn. You could do it for about half that if you went out and bought all the tools you need. That's half a rebuild kit right there...

I'm sorta in the middle of mine..well I pulled my head too. But the timing belt ain't that bad. If it's your first time then I'd say give yourself a whole day or two. If you have A/C it'll be little harder. My main problem was getting the motor mount bolts out.

yea the motor mount bolts are the biggest pain int he ass, i was actually thinkin about drilling two 1" holes in the body so that they would be easyer to get out for futur work, dunno if it would work but its worth a try

That does make it easier to get to the bolts. A previous owner did that on my car.
