i havea 97 rs.. and to fit my turbo i may have to remove PS> but what should i do about the PS pressure switch.. cause this came off one other time and fouled out a new set of NGKs every day until i found it was un plugged. i dont want that to happen again so if i remove it how can i solve this??

because the power steering pressure sensor plug is on the unit. so if i remove it then the sensor goes with it. so what can i do ?

I don't see how that fouled the plugs. The shaft came out of my pump, so I left the belt off the whole time I had the car.

What does the powersteering have to do w/ fouling up the plugs? Just remove it. The worst thing that can happen is foul up a plug, no biggie. I really don't see how the power steering removed be fouling up the plugs....

are you talking about that one wire on the front of the pump? mine was disconnected for 3 years, lol. no problems.
