Background info:
97 GS, new motor just dropped in. Should be ready to go, but wouldnt start.

It cranks. Fuel pump primes. I am not getting spark as far as I know (pulled plug).

Troubleshooting I did:

Replaced ASD relay.
Replaced coil pack, and wires

Still wont spark. Any other ideas?

Re-check all the wiring. See if you have 12v+ on the middle wire to the coil.
