I just bored out my TB. It was really easy. My question is where can I get a new custom size TB plate, or should I just fabricate one my self?

If he bored out the tb he means the throttle plate inside the TB....it's to small in the new bore and will allow mad air to come in when it's closed. From what I read your going to have to make a new one.Heres a quote and a few links

""
neither Howell nor ARD reuse stock throttle plates - they replace them with units that better match the new bore of the TB.
