well today my friend just replaced the crank and camshaft sensor and she started right up idles a lil ruf..his vac is above -10..its stay around 10-12 vac..hes thinking his timming is off just a lil bit but hes having a hard time setting the timming for the aem camgears(neon camgears)..has anyone set timming on these gears?he sold his stock ones and don't have any way to compare the 2..or would the rough ideling be something else like old fuel filter?ever since hes had the car he has never changed his filter..any ideas guy?

did it run like shit BEFORE he installed the new sensors?

if so I doubt it would be the timing.

I got mine set pretty good after buying the AEM gears. After trying about 4 times I found the secret was to remove them and replace with the stock ones
