well ive been trying to eliminate code 31 for a while now. ive replaced the solenoid with a 30 ohm resistor but the cel came back again.. but i do have my EGR system blocked off. its plugged in but blocked .. but its not throwing the EGR code only 31 . could that make it throw the EVAP code or nothing to do with it at all?
