If my #2 sensor on SAFC which is the O2 is reading below .020 volts, then why am I blowing black smoke? Isnt the lower the voltage the leaner the mixture? Could I be running really lean and still blow smoke?(I feel dumber for asking that) I know its black smoke. I even turned the fuel pressure down to 40. Its not cuz I have a 255 fuel pump in, is it? How do you check the front O2?????

A super low O2 voltage that doesn't cycle can mean super rich. You can drown the sensor and it will read nearly zero. I would unhook the S-AFC from the O2 sensor and see if that helps. Maybe you grounded out the O2 output wire.

Huh, alright I'll give that a try. The reason I thought the lower the voltage the leaner the mixture was because I seen it on a website. The must of F'd up and got it backwards.

lower voltage is leaner, but when you drown the sensor, it doesn't read right. If you ground the O2 sensor output, you'll also make the output look very low.

For reference, a "lean" o2 voltage is .88v at WOT... .94 is "rich"

So anything below .80v at WOT is just wrong.

If youre blowing black smoke, you could have already killed your o2 sensor. Fix your fuel problems best you can and install a new one.
