Does anyone know what the voltage readings crossover to?

like is .092 = 12.7:1 ?

.092 is considered stoic right? .89 lean, .096 rich...?

I wouldn't try too hard to acurately convert from O2 sensor voltage to actual A/F ratio (like 0.9XX = 12.XX). You could come up with some rough conversion, but there are manufacturing tolerances that affect each oxygen sensor. Like if you put 2 oxygen sensors in the same exhaust pipe, I bet you would get 2 different voltages (like 0.929 vs. 0.913). That 0.016V difference might seem really important if you didn't know the sensors were reading the same thing.

I think O2 sensors and A/F gauges are best utilized when you get some baseline data from your car. Then, when you make a change to the fuel system (pressure, injectors, AFC), you can tune to get back to your baseline data. Comparison to other peoples numbers is only meaningful if the numbers are really different. I haven't answered your question, but maybe I've supplied some other useful opinions.

ok here is the calibration sheet that I got with my modified AF ratio gauge.

.78-.81 LEAN
.83-.92 Stoichiometric
.93-.98 RICH

Haha I always get .93+

hmm sez sometthing about being rounded to the nearest .01v also, wonder what that means, i don't feel like thinking right now.
