Hey, ive been searching and never got a strait answer. i know you lean out the a/f mixture when NA for power cuz our cars run rich, but when spraying my wet kit, what should my settings be? should i run the same leaned out settings as when NA since the wet kit is "suppose" to add the correct amount of fuel for the nitrous? should i leave it at 0% correction so it runs the same as it does now? or should i richen it up a little bit(what would be the benefit of this? lower egt's? how would it affect the way it runs?)? i wanna tune it for power while still being safe. since its the second version i can have one NA settings file and one nitrous settings file. thanks for the help.

If you run a wet nitrous kit then you will use the fuel and no2 pills to tune how much mixture will be injected.

you want to be leaner in the parts where your motor has less load, like at low rpm's and also at high rpm's. you want to give your motor the most fuel right at its peak torque.

think of your afr as backwards to your torque curve on a dyno graph

if i were you i'd invest in a wideband oxygen sensor, that way you'll know for sure where you are lean/rich at...and can adjust accordingly

thats the beautiful part, my autos teacher is buy our "class"(upon my request emoji ) a wide band o2 sensor for me and my friend to tune with. so i will get to use that, but im not sure when he is going to order it so i dunno when im going to be able to use it to tune. so i was planning on just doing some mild leaning out when i finish installing my egt(waiting for my header to come, gets here friday) using the guides in the mods section of the site, and then later using the wide band to fine tune it. when you say it should be the backwards of my torque curve, is that for NA or nitrous or both? should i run the same settings for when im NA and spraying or different? thanks for the help.

you'll have t tune to the afr when the nitrous sprays. make sure your fuel pressure and everything is good. then just go datalog a rip and see whats up with the air fuel, adjust, go do another rip until its right

richer in nitrous, just to keep your motor happy
