my buddy has a 92 gs-t....he's getting a turbo upgrade and said he'll gladly give me his stock turbo with exhaust manifold. my ? is would a first gen turbo fit on my 97 gs without needing major modding?

you would have to do a lot of custom work to make it fit and unless you know a good amount about turbo setups, dont even bother trying it.
