ok i got my headers installed but my friend just told me i probably wont be able to pass smog and i need to by next month for new registraton. so im thinkin if i get a new hi-flow cat convertor i should be able to pass or atleast be closer to passing. i have a friend who will do it but i want it to be able to pass and it says i can gain 8-12 hp. so shit extra horses y not right. and i saw one on ebay for 22$ is it a good buy or hell no?
