I am planning to rebuild the head. I have a spare one sitting on my garage right now. It has everything, Exhaust manifold, intake, T/B, valve cover, etc.

I have been searching and I came with the next conclusion: (tell me what u think)

Get an Mls Head gasket from Satan (Isn’t better cooper Hg or felpro (still MLS)) actually I am thinking in the whole kit. Intanke, exhaust, valve seal, etc. (what else?).

Camshaft Crower 2 or Crane 12. It is a daily drive car.

Do I need new Valves, retainer, springs, lifter, and rocket arms? If I do what are the best to get? Pt cruiser lifters? Etc...

Mopar gasket sealant or permatex ultra cooper spray??

ARP studs, torque to 90-100 lbs, part# 141-4202.

Of course I will check the head in a machine shop to be sure it is in good shape, and resurfaced.

Bore the T/B to 55mm if I can maybe to 60mm! ((WOW) How? Where?)

Port and polish the Intake, exhaust, T/B, everything!

What is that about valve angles? or valve job?

What do u guys think? Any recommendation? Am I doing something wrong?

PS, Like i say it is a spare head i am willing to do everything and I have time and some money I guess by december i will be done! LOL.

BTW! I am going N/A, because by next year I will afford a GSX! (I hope)

OK about the TB just run a 55 mm bored out.....60mm is not good for what you are going for anyways

I talked to Michael97RS about ERT's heads... they are definitely NOT CHEAP!!!... But I will be going through them none the less when I get the money and a spare head (to reduce downtime).

As many people say, go with Fierro Racing for the port work, I know I will.

ERT might not be the cheapest place to get the work done, but I would recommend them over anyone else. Talk to Michael, Chris or Steve and they will help you pick out exactly what you need to achieve your goals. I'm not going to quote any price information as it's not my place, but the value of the service you receive makes it very justified.

For those cams (I would recommend Crowers BTW, better grinds from what I hear, and I love my 2s), you will want to get the PTC lifters/lash adjusters. You'll also want a spring and retainer upgrade (likely PTC as well for a cost savings). ERT can also handle port work, so they make a very nice one stop shopping experience.

I have the Crower 2s, a 5 angle, race port, 1mm oversized valves and ported manifold. Daisy is completely untuned and runs fine. The idle is somewhat lumpy, but I like it. She pulls like the proverbial "raped ape" about 4 grand all the way to rev limit at 7800rpm. Oh and an added plus, I got 462 miles out of my last tank of 91 octane gas in town. Power and economy is a sweet deal imo. She has no adjustable cam gears, no fuel system tunability, or any means of adjusting anything. She runs great. I can't lug her in the low end, but it just takes slight getting used to. A great way to go which will serve you well in the future, whether you go turbo or not.

How much money is involved here to put a dream head together? From Extrude Hone, port match intake manifold, bore up the TB, five angle valve job, 1mm oversize valves, crower rods, PTC lash adjusters, titanium retainers, and dual valve springs?

Everyone wishes to have a dream head. I working on mines to rebuild my motor and I want it to be done right the first time.

When is the money spending going to stop on this fucking car?!
