OK guys heres the problem:

Car has 60 psi FP at idle and even at WOT under boost the car wont good past 60 psi FP or 4000 RPM. I have NO vacuum leaks. I was throwing codes for EGR (it's been blocked off for 8000 miles), O2 sensor (I have a test pipe and NO cat), and MAP Sensor. Well I replace the MAP sensor and It's still doing the same thing. What could be wrong?

Are you turbo? What kind of FPR are you running? Sounds like your FPR took a dump on you. If the rate is not rising at all with RPM then it's def. not working. If you have the cartech it's time for the Vortech.
