Just wondering if anyone has purchased this (standard rod length), what they thought about it, etc. If I have the money i'd like to make a full engine rebuild my winter project. Is this a fair price? Is there a better kit or a better priced kit out there?

i built a customers engine with that kit. good kit imo.

i bought the kit. came with everything and was perfect. id like to think i have a very strong motor because of it.

Thanks guys....In terms of shopping around though, is there anywhere that can match or beat the price of $2049?

what kit are you talking about?

i think everyone assumed just the lower end rebuild kit.. which only costs like 1200 bux.
