Ok so my A/C has not been turning on. I have checked all fuses, relays, and all looks well. I guess I should give some background here, I can turn this thing on max and then turn on the fan and it sounds like the ac compressor is just not turning on? Have any of you had this problem? My first thought is all the freon is drained out of the system. What do you think? And if so how do I check this?

Oh Damn! I hate it when that happens... Try this:
1.Turn it on and verify the whole system or part of the system ( regular vent mode without the A/C Switch depressed) works.You should be hearing the fan at least come on. You can tell by watching the magnetic clutch assy. spin with the belt or not move at all. Sounds like it won't. You would have noticed the momentary drop in RPM. ( if the whole system is in-op let me know because may not be the compressor but continue looking it over as stated below. ) 2. Check all the electrical connections to anything that looks like it is connected to the A/C system making sure the are hooked up and free from defect. Also check all the lines and tubes for security. They should be tight and free from defect also. While looking at the connections of the lines throughout the engine bay look at each of the connections to see if you see an oily residue at any of the connections. If you see any then that could be the problem. The compressor will not come on with no pressure in the system. Has a failsafe in a low press. switch. If that checks good, then I really doubt that you lost any of the Refrigerant. The systems in cars these days are designed so that if you ever need a charge or recharge you either have a leak from damage or you allowed it to come out by opening the system. That is to say that for the life of the system (barring any damage) you should never need to recharge it. If you find a leak, let me know where and we can go from there. Otherwise... Next 3. Get 2 12ga wires and check to see if the compressor coil is working right. Connect one to the B- and the compressor housing. THEN connect the other one to the B+ terminal and then to the magnetic clutch connector (component side. You should hear a click. If you don't then your magnetic clutch is shot and it needs to be replaced.
