its not bad if you know howto drive a stand tranny well. just have to deal with the clutch chatter, and dont under rev it, cause you wil stall it.

Yeah, I've only had mine in a few weeks and noticed that right off. In traffic you want to give it more gas and slip it a little to keep it from dying. I also notice it's rougher at low speeds, but I'm sure thats normal with a performance clutch. I also notice a little grab at the end of the stroke until it breaks in. I only have about 300 miles on mine so far, but that seems to be easing as I put more miles on it. I love mine though, it hooks up nice.

Oh, you don't like altezza's? Too bad, your gonna get a good look at mine.

Side note: please observe a break in period for your clutch. At least 500 miles prefreably 1000 before you beat the ever loving hell out of it.

we sell Spec clutches on our site, and we've never recieved one complaint about the quality of them. Prices of stages are as follows:
Stage 1:$330 -295 ft-lbs.
Stage 2:$375 -360 ft-lbs.
Stage 3:$415 -435 ft-lbs
Stage 4:$435 -435 ft-lbs. Both 3-4 are same rating, but stage 4 uses heavier duty friction materials.
Stage 5:$475 -650 ft-lbs.

Lightweight option on pressure plate is $75
Fidanza aluminum flywheel upgrade is $375

all clutches are modular and include a new stock flywheel.

Stages 1-3 are good street clutches, stages 4-5 feature an unsprung hub, and arent for the weak of heart. Basically match your realistic est torque output with the clutch of your choice.

if you have any questions, send them to sales@exileracing.com or visit our site at http://exileracing.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=215_248_237

Lots of guys. But most are running the stock or stock weight flywheel with little trouble.

So your spec clutches come with a new flywheel so I don't need to get my current one resurfaced when installing the clutch? Am I understanding that correctly?

Ok well lets say I am all stock performance wise, and in about a month I go stage 2 turbo running 7psi, and in about a month or 2 after that build up the BE and start running 15psi. What clutch would best suite me?

yes all of our spec clutches come with a brand new oem steel flywheel. there is no need to buy a flywheel, unless you want the Fidanza option.

if youre stock for now, but will be boosting, youll be fine with a stage3.

there is also a lightening option on the pressureplate for $75 more that takes a couple punds off of the rotating assembly

hit up sales@exileracing.com for any questions

You'll probably be close to the limits of 2, so I would get 3 or 4. Just get 4, what's 20 extra bucks

if you arent running obscene boost levels, then a 3 is good. That extra $20 will also make the clutch a bigger pain in the ass to drive locally.

oh, ok. If the material is upgraded to grab more, does that shorten the life of the clutch?

Its a daily driver as of now, but hopefully I will have a 88 mazda pickup here within the next month.

So I will only drive it on weekends and to car shows and the track.

Let me ask you this. How much harder will it be to drive the stage 4 drive oppossed to the stage 3 in a daily driver perspective?

so about $470 shipped then? Do you do partial sponsorships? Like where you sell me the clutch cheaper and I put your website and company name on my car since I hit all the shows on the East Coast?

If you can let me know I can even send you a propasal.
