#77065, "Polished valve cover problem?"

I got one from along time ago and i tried to install it, but the spark plug holes were a little off whne i set the valve cover on the head. Am i not lining it up right or is the one i got for a 420A neon dohc. I am lost b/c i thought they were the same but am not sure. Are the 420A valve covers exactly the same or are they a little different which is why the valve cover is not lining up right. Someone please help or give me some info on if they are the exact same or if i am not installing it right. It looks exactly the same as the eclipse valve cover. Thanks.
