I wanted to know which mod u guyz have that really let u feel the power difference. Im planning on modding my 2gnt but want the mods that really give good amount of power...power that i can feel. A lot of people are telling me Headers are shit but just wanted to see wat u guyz think.

headers make your car a tiny bit slower but once you get up in the rpm's it is a benifit.

Get a cold air intake and a full cat back exhaust (or a GST Muffler)

Underdrive pullys are also a great mod for a few extra pnies IMO.

Search the site and read. you'll learn more than you know.

I agree... so far besides turbo, I think the biggest gains i've had have been from 60mm Jeep TB!

Snail...or juice....both are limited to under 100 hp off aditional gain on stock pistons but for the best bang for the buck it has to be a wet nitrous sys (of course thats for strip/race use otherwise...turbo is better all arround)

most ppl i think would say the afx udp for a simple but effective mod.

Nos is cheap but limited, turbo may be easier on your wallet in the long run, I suggest to go for either one (you will feel them). But if you want to start off all motor, any intake system is great just make sure you get a good free flowing air filter. Headers arent shit, any header with a free flowing muffler will help with your car(I have a 4-1 DC sports header, love it). Aftermarket pulleys are great to free up some HP, definetly get them. Be carefull with oversized throttle bodies, with the stock set up you have I wouldnt suggest it, heck even on my car I wouldnt put a bigger TB, you may feel it on part throttle, but when you're WOT with your car, you're going to lose power. Enjoy!

Having Problems? Heres my Three step solution to anything 2gnt related.
Step 1: Put down everything in your hands.
Step 2: Grab a lucky strike, Smoke it.
Step 3: Walk to the fridge, double fist some keystone ice, sit down in the shade, drink one beer, finish cigarette, drink other beer, roll a joint, smoke it, walk back to your problem, and in about 5 minutes the solution will come to you.

I will say...TURBO. I regret I didn't do it the first 2 years I got the car.

Camshafts are the best mod. YOu get the nasty lope and the sweet top end power. Nothing like them. mostly when you got the header uncapped at the track and everyone looks at you like what is that import street car loping for??? ha! Then you show the import NA muscle.
