my wires connecting to my battery terminal on the positive side are pretty corroded, but, only about the first 4 - 5 inches of it from the terminal. now i think i should just replace the wiring from there in general considering i have had some type of shortage somewhere that kills the battery pretty quickly. so.... would you guys recommend me finding a stock rewire kit (*if so, where?*), or should i just find my own wiring and do it myself? maybe up the gauge of it too for performance, if i do it myself...odd post maybe, but, all the help i can get helps ^^. thanks

I would definitly go ahead and do it, you can go to almost any auto store around you ex: NAPA and buy battery cable kits should cost around $25.00 good luck
