Hey All.... I have the 420A motor and my lifters went bad, I ordered some new ones from DSMTrader.com and when I went to put them in today, I noticed they DONT look the same and make the roller rocker sit about a 1/4" higher! Will they still work? Or am I back on a mission to find new ones again.

I would double check that they are in fact for our engine (420A) and not the Mitsubishi motor (4G63).
If they don't look the same chances are they aren't. The only differences in lifters for us is that the good ones have an oil hole at the top to prevent aeration in the oil.

Or, they might simply be good lifters where yours were bad and collapsed. Have you bled them down by any chance?
Why would you buy lifers from the rader when you can get brand new lifters from Howell or Kise for very cheap, and you KNOW they're for the right car?
