I have a 96 RS and I'm not to happy about running at 196 to 220 degrees on my engine all the time.. Where can I get a cooler thermostat?

Have you tried keeping your current one in the freezer overnight? emoji Howell Automotive. Throw that one in your Google and smoke it.

Check that out if you really feel like the 195F thermostat is not appropriate.

Look at the post before your second one.

And there are some of us that have run the OE stat in 120 degree Arizona heat without problems. IF your operating temperature bothers you, buy an aluminum radiator w/SPAL fan. Pour in a bottle of water wetter. It will be much cooler.
