Guys, I don't know much about alternators, but I found out my battery exploded because my alternator went bad. Pushing out over 15.5 volts at under 2500 rpms. I went to Autozone and all they have is a 75 amp alternator, but I was hoping for a 90 amp+. I dont' know what brands are good, which ones will bolt up, or where to find them. Please help me out with internet links or which store to go to.

I was just there, all they had was 2 different 75 amp alternators. WTF

135 amps, 230 bucks. the guys that work there have GREAT customer service, every time ive talked to them they have taken thier time to explain everything, called me "sir", and THANK me for calling them when the conversation was done. there product fits perfectly, is rugged, ships FAST, and performs exactly as it is supposed to. i was the first one here to buy one a couple years ago, and ive recommended this alt ever since then. a few more peopel have bought them and i dont think anyone has been disappointed.
