hey i was wondering if you guys have a opinion on some of the ebay exhausts, if any of you have them and could let me know of the quality, because i want to buy one, but want to make shure i dont waste my money before i spend the 240 bucks for the exhaust and shipping and also which of these designs is the best and which does not create a high pitched sound, because i hate the honda civic high pitched sounds.

I imagine any muffler (rear section) will sound raspy on an NA application unless you install a glasspack resonator (<$30 at a local parts store) in line between the cat and the rear axle.
Have you considered a GST rear section? They are good to 300hp, handle most basic turbo systems decently, and sound excellent. Even better is you can usually pick one up (a direct bolt on too) for under $100.

This is all personal experience and by no means scientific, I got an ebay muffler. I hate the thing but everyone else says it sounds good(probably cause nothing's good enough for my baby). Every other car I've heard these on didn't sound near as quality as an actual full out aftermarket system. My cousin has an Apex'i N1 muffler on his Jetta and its got an awesome tone, I think Im gonna get one of those or a GST back half. Once again, personal opinion.

i have the 2nd one that you listed. I got it from a different seller on ebay but its the same one described. I like the way it sounds. Its not a weedwacker civic sound. it kinda sounds like that if you put the silencer in it but without it it has a deep sound to it.
