I did search for this prob Im having, and I know Ive posted alot within the past couple of days, but you guys are doin a great job on helping me. The problem Im having is the CV boot on my pass. side axle. Have any of you ever had it to where the lower control arms bolt that sticks up through the knuckle, have you ever had the bolt stick through the knuckle so far it rubs a hole in your boot. Thats what happened, the bolt ripped my boot. It seems I need to fix the boot and then find some way to keep the bolt from sticking up so far!! That leads to the next question. Can you replace just the outter CV boot on the pass. side? If so, how? Thanx Again, DJ

That doesnt sound right to me. The bolts have NEVER stuck up that far. The only time that my boot ever came close to that bolt and tore the boot was when I broke an engone mount and the motor sagged.
