#74394, "Need Help Doing A Tune Up"

I am getting really shitty gas mileage so I figure its time for a tune up. I replaced My Air Filter because it was simple enough for me to do, and I also changed my oil. I was curious on what other things I should get done that will make a considerable difference in my gas mileage. Keep in mind that rite now I am lucky if I can get 200 miles per tank.
