i have a few questions will i see anything from changing my spark plugs an what is the best spark plug to get ? an where an what kinda cams i should get and i want to lower my car what all do i need just to lower it spring?shocks coil over ? thanks

you wont see any performance gain from changing your spark plugs, it just smooths the start up. nothing ignition related will give you hp. ngk plugs are real good, thats what i use. the type of cams you get depend on the type of power you want out of the car, turbo, nitrous or all motor. to lower your car you will need springs and shocks or coilovers and shocks. you will also need a camber kit or you can just do the rear camber mod.
