i have a turbo kit and many other parts in the mail and i want to know if i can use a GST cat-back on a gs if it will bolt up or not

It will bolt up just fine but I recommend at very least 2½" cat back.

yea i have a power extreme gst exhaust 2.5 inch and it fits great....looking to sell if your interested....
