I ordered an OBX high flow cat off of ebay and after taking the stock cat off my car I noticed that the flanges on the two look different. The ones on the stock cat are tilted differently then each other and the ones on my high flow cat are at the same angle. Also there's a hole in it where it looks like a 02 sensor would screw in, but we don't have o2 sensor that hook to our catalitic converters do we? Does anybody else think I go shipped the wrong part?

Maybe I should f*#k up my car so I can go on pimp my ride

Sounds off to me already

Correct. Our upstream o2 is located right after the headers before the cat. The downstream o2 is located after the cat.

lol
i got the same one!
its a "universal cat"
your right about the flanges not fitting. i had to maching an adapter plate, cuz it is also 1/2 inch shorter than the regular cat. on the plus side, it bolts up just fine to the downpipe emoji

if your handy with a welder ya can try cutting the flange off and rotating it then re-welding it

hope it works out for ya

I don't if it's the same one cause the guy said it was for a 95-99 non-turbo, I'm thinking he might have sent me the one for a turbo eclipse but not sure

Maybe I should f*#k up my car so I can go on pimp my ride
