its in there....thats for sure. if you have an autozone or orileys or advanced....that loans out tools, there is a special o2 sensor socket you can rent. makes a world of difference

Try driving around and get the sensor/header nice and hot then try to get it off. the heat may allow you to get it out easier. the crowfoot style socket for o2 sensors works good....its worth buying you will use it again. I am not an advocate of the socket because there are a lot of situations that it wont fit in tight spots.
